Our Lettings Services 

We offer flexible letting solutions tailored to your needs, from hands-off guaranteed rent to full property management.

 

Residential Lettings:

  • Guaranteed Rent:
    Sit back while we handle everything and still get paid.
    - £300 setup fee (incl. VAT)

    - No letting or management fee

    - No void periods


  • Letting Only:
    We market your property, find and vet tenants, and handle all legal setup.
    - 8.5% of annual rent (incl. VAT)
    - Ideal for hands-on landlords


  • Full Management:
    Complete end-to-end property management for true peace of mind.
    - 12% of monthly rent + £500 letting fee per new tenancy (incl. VAT)
    - Rent collection, maintenance, compliance and renewals all handled for you

Commercial Lettings:

  • Tenant Administration Fee: £600 (incl. VAT) - includes lease preparation

  • Landlord Fee: 17% of annual rent (incl. VAT)

Additional Fees (when required):

  • Inventories, EICR & CP12: billed directly by trusted providers

  • Works Commission: 12% (incl. VAT)

  • Tenancy Renewal Fee: £120 (incl. VAT)
